At RSA Auto Spares, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive parts and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Conditions for Return
- Proof of Purchase: No returns will be accepted without valid proof of purchase.
- Product Condition:
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- The goods are faulty or incorrect and were purchased within the last 7 days.
- Items showing signs of use, grease, or debris, or those that have been partially or fully disassembled, altered, or permanently installed, will not be accepted for return.
- Packaging that has been damaged, defaced, or has had labels removed may result in the return being rejected.
- Electrical products, lubricants, and chemicals are non-returnable.
- Incorrectly Supplied Goods: If you receive an incorrect item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Incorrectly supplied items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods
:
- No returns are allowed on fuel pumps once fitted.
- No returns on specially ordered goods at your request.
- Electrical goods, due to their sensitive nature.
- Burnt units such as starters and alternators, as well as sensitive electrical components like regulators and sensors, are not returnable once fitted.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, you must contact us via WhatsApp, email, or by calling us at 0825178685 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Shipping Costs:
- If a return is approved, RSA Auto Spares will arrange for a courier to collect the goods at our expense, provided our courier was used initially. If you arranged your own courier, you are responsible for sending the goods back, and a refund will be processed after the part(s) have been received.

In the case that an agreement is reached for you to send the goods back using your own courier, RSA Auto Spares cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. A refund will only be issued upon receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Ensure goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Goods damaged in transit will not be credited, and the customer will be responsible for collection or additional shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee:
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns of correctly supplied goods, along with the cost of return shipping.
- Goods returned after 7 days, if accepted, will also incur this fee.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of approval. Banking processes may delay the reflection of funds in your account by an additional 24-48 hours.
Warranty
- General Warranty:
- Some products carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 6 or 12 months or 30,000 km, whichever occurs first.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation or Acts of God.
- Installation Requirements:
- It is recommended that products be fitted by a qualified technician. Proof of professional installation may be required for warranty claims.
- Warranty claims must include all relevant documentation such as job cards, odometer readings, and fitment center accreditation.
- Final Determination:
- The supplier’s decision will be final in determining the validity of any warranty claim.
